Our work spans ENERGY STAR Homes, LEED for Homes, Enterprise Green Communities, Passive House (Phius), HERS Ratings, state incentive programs, and energy code compliance.

We are seeking a Phius Verifier to support and lead Passive House certification efforts across SCI’s multifamily portfolio. This role plays a critical part in guiding projects through design review, verification planning, documentation coordination, and on-site performance testing. The Phius Verifier works closely with internal project managers, raters, designers, and construction teams to ensure projects remain aligned with certification requirements, schedules, and performance goals.

This role is well suited for a technically strong professional who enjoys hands-on involvement while taking ownership of verification workflows, coordination, and quality control across complex multifamily projects.

      •     Collaborate with raters and verifiers to ensure consistent QA/QC practices across projects

      •     Support airtightness strategies and testing coordination, working directly with construction teams to resolve issues

      •     Stay current on Phius standards and industry updates and communicate relevant changes internally

      •     Participate in regional meetings, trainings, and conferences related to high-performance building and verification work

      •     Spend approximately 50% of time supporting on-site verification and performance testing activities

Job Requirements

      •     Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

      •     Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based file management systems

Education

      •     Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or a related field; or
