Job description
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Condo Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties while learning the business of property management from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for financial planning, customer service, building systems, real estate, and maintenance processes. Your mission: improve systems and leave the position better than you found it.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage reserve funds.
Review monthly financial statements and ensure accurate reporting.
Board & Governance Support:
Facilitate condo board meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
Ensure compliance with condo bylaws and local regulations.
Maintenance Oversight:
Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs with vendors.
Monitor building systems and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Customer Service:
Respond to owner inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Manage paperwork, filings, and communication with residents.

Ability to attend evening meetings with boards and residents as needed.
Valid driver’s license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Must reside within a 30-minute radius of Worcester, MA.
